This policy explains what information JM ULTIMATE collects when you use this website and any of our products, why we collect it, and the choices you have. We keep things deliberately simple: we are a small independent company and we do not sell data. This version applies from 18 September 2026.

1. Who we are

JM ULTIMATE is an independent software company operating this website, the JM ULTIMATE terminal, and associated products. For any questions about this policy you can reach us at help@jmultimate.com.

2. Information we collect

  • Nothing automatically — browsing this site does not require an account and we do not collect personal data from passive visits.
  • What you send us — if you email us, we receive the content of your message, your email address, and metadata such as timestamps.
  • Diagnostics — anonymised error reports from our software that help us fix bugs. These contain no personal identifiers.

3. How we use it

  • To reply to your emails and support requests.
  • To develop, fix and improve our software.
  • To meet legal obligations (for example, data protection law).

We never sell, rent or trade your data. We do not build advertising profiles.

4. Cookies and analytics

This website does not use tracking cookies and does not load third-party analytics. Everything needed to type in the terminal lives entirely in your browser; nothing you type is transmitted to us. If we later add essential cookies, you'll be told first.

5. Sharing and third parties

We only share data where required to operate our services: email providers that carry your messages, and hosting providers that run our infrastructure. Each is bound by a data processing agreement. We never share your details with marketers.

6. Retention and security

Email correspondence is kept only as long as needed to resolve your request and manage any ongoing relationship, then deleted. Access to any stored data is restricted to the people who run the company, protected by strong, unique credentials.

7. Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of the data we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how we process it. Where processing relies on consent you may withdraw it at any time. Just email help@jmultimate.com — we answer every request.

8. Children

Our products are general audience. If you believe we have collected information from a child without appropriate consent, contact us and we will remove it promptly.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as our products and the law evolve. Material changes will be announced on this site before they take effect. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated policy.
